The event raised an estimated 11,400 ecu for a youth centre project in Vitez, Bosnia-Herzegovina, launched by the British charity, Miracles, to provide a haven of hope for youngsters whose lives have been torn apart by war. The baton will now pass to Karel van Miert's cabinet, semi-finalists at this year's event, who were chosen to organise next year's competition. |
