Solana voices doubts on Darfur case going to ICC

The European Union's High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, Javier Solana, warned on 16 February 2005 that the EU could fail in its bid to refer the massacres in Darfur, Sudan, to the International Criminal Court - a development that would raise doubts about the future of the Court.
