Blast hits UK embassy in Croatia

A suspected letter bomb attack on the UK embassy in Zagreb, Croatia, 19 September 2005, left one man with minor injuries. The EU postponed entry talks with Croatia in March 2005 over the country's failure to co-operate fully with the United Nations war crimes tribunal. As current EU president, Britain will oversee a reassessment of Croatia's membership bid in the autumn of 2005.
