Bush offers to help EU over Iran

US President George W Bush has said he is willing to help European countries in their negotiations with Iran over its nuclear programme. The announcement came after a meeting of the UN nuclear watchdog, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), ended on 3 March 2005.
