Consumer credit law. A consultation on the proposed European consumer credit directive

The European Commission, in October 2004, adopted an amended proposal for a Directive on Consumer Credit. This consultation paper, published on 25 February 2005, sets out the UK Government's position on the latest draft of the Directive. The documument reference number is URN 05/834. Deadline for responses: 22 April 2004.
