EU ministers finalise euro deal

Finance ministers from the Eurogroup countries reached agreement 20 March 2005 on how to reform the rules governing the European single currency, after months of wrangling. The agreement will be presented to all EU governments at the European Council, Brussels, 22-23 March 2005.
