Press Release: Zink appointed to another term

The Governing Board of the European Agency for Reconstruction (EAR), on 18 February 2005, appointed Richard Zink as Agency Director for a second term of 30 months. The Board, composed of representatives of the 25 EU member states, took the decision unanimously during a regular quarterly meeting at the Agency's headquarters in Thessaloniki, Greece.
