Press Release: Minister Noel Treacy emphasises Government’s determination to promote understanding of European Constitution

The Irish Minister for European Affairs, Noel Treacy, on 16 February 2005, stressed that the Irish Government was fully aware of the need to develop greater public awareness of the European Constitution.
