The European Training Foundation (ETF) underwent its third external evaluation in 2005.The evaluation covered the activities, outputs and impact of the ETF since 2002, with a view to assessing the relevance, added value, coherence, complementarity, efficiency, effectiveness and utility of the Foundation with regard to its statutory objectives and tasks. An open call for tenders was published by the European Commission in the Official Journal of the European Communities on 22 February 2005.
