Voters will face simple question in EU ballot

UK Government Ministers have decided on the question to be asked in the country's referendum on the new European Constitution. Voters will be asked, 'Should the United Kingdom approve the Treaty establishing a Constitution for the European Union?' The pro-European lobby group, Britain in Europe, welcomed the wording.
