Groups attack EU guidelines

UNICE, the pan-European business federation, has written to individual European Commissioners (including Commission President Romano Prodi) criticising corporate governance guidelines to be issued by the Commission in October 2004. UNICE warns that the guidelines will start a new 'wave of regulation'.
