In less than two months the European Union will enlarge from 15 to 25 Member States and it has emerged that about half of the 10 new member countries have yet to complete translation of the European Union's 85,000 page rulebook into their national languages. EU laws will only be enforceable in the new Member States when written in the national tongue. |
