Brussels blow to Microsoft upheld

The European Court of First Instance has turned down an appeal by Microsoft to delay hard-hitting sanctions from the European Commission, saying that the evidence adduced by Microsoft is not sufficient to show that implementation of the remedies imposed by the Commission might cause serious and irreparable damage.
