Speaking on 22.10.2004 at the dedication ceremony for a large pulp plant in the State of Saxony-Anhalt, Chancellor Gerhard Schröder noted that conditions for foreign investors in Germany are good, particularly in the eastern part of the country. He said they include the availability of a well trained workforce, good infrastructures, as well as willingness on the part of the population to accept change
