Press Release: Commission appoints members to three non-food scientific advisory committees

The European Commission has appointed members of three new scientific advisory committees: the Scientific Committee on Consumer Products (SCCP), the Scientific Committee on Health and Environmental Risks (SCHER) and the Scientific Committee on Emerging and Newly Identified Health Risks (SCENIHR). These committees were created by the Commission in March 2004 and replace a number of existing committees.
