Press Release: Germany: Federal Foreign Minister Fischer to meet young diplomats from Afghanistan and Central and Eastern Europe

The aim of the training programme is to share the on-the-job experience of the German Foreign Service with the young diplomats, to familiarize them with Germany's foreign-policy priorities and interests, establish a network of contacts and, by means of placements in the Federal Foreign Office, give them an insight into day-to-day work
