The UK Government consulted on the Waste Electrical and Electronic (WEEE) and Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances (ROHS) Directives in March and November 2003. On 30 July 2004, it issued the final consultation paper on draft regulations and guidance to bring into effect the provisions of these Directives.
