Second day of a Conference of Chairmen of Foreign Affairs Committees, which took place in the Irish Houses of Parliament, Dublin, on 29 and 30 March 2004 during the Irish Presidency of the EU. On 30 March, it consisted of a series of presentations on the Lisbon Agenda by leading Irish figures.
