This consultation paper was published on 6 May 2004, following the submission of the UK National Allocation Plan (NAP) to the European Commission on 30 April 2004. This was the third part of an ongoing consultation process with the public, industry and other stakeholders on the UK National Allocation Plan under the EU Greenhouse Gas Emissions Allowance Trading Directive. Deadline for responses: 3 June 2004.
