Article reports that Ukrainian officials made their second breakthrough in days, July 2009, in a murder case that has haunted the country for nearly a decade and played a role in fomenting the political unrest that led to the Orange Revolution in 2004.

A week after arresting a main suspect, Oleksiy Pukach, in connection with the murder of journalist Georgy Gongadze, prosecutors on Tuesday said they had uncovered fragments of what is believed to be the victim’s skull in a region outside the capital Kiev.
