Report of the European Round Table Conference on Poverty and Social Exclusion, Rotterdam, 18-19 October 2004

The third round table conference on poverty and social exclusion took place in Rotterdam on 18-19 October 2004. The conference was jointly organised by the Dutch Presidency of the European Union and the European Commission, and funded under the Community Action Programme on social exclusion.
