EU wants data protection bill by May 2014

Justice Commission Viviane Reding said on the 15 July 2013 that the European Commission wanted EU legislators in the Council and the European Parliament to speed up adopting the proposed data protection legilsation currently stuck in the European Parliament’s civil liberties committee.
