Press Release: EU research and development cash

A new UK Government initiative, FP6UK, was launched, on 3 November 2003, to help UK organisations benefit from European Union funding for research and development projects. The launch of FP6UK will make it easier for UK organisations to become aware of the opportunities offered by the EU's 6th Framework Programme and will, for the first time, enable them to access a wide range of 'National Contact Point' experts through a single, centralised information and promotion service.
