Press Release: High-Level Advisory Group to present proposals for renewing cultural dialogue to President Prodi and Tempus MEDA Conference in Alexandria Library

At a conference in the rebuilt Bibliotheca Alexandrina in Alexandria on 13 October 2003, the High-Level Advisory Group on Dialogue between Peoples and Cultures presented practical proposals for launching intercultural dialogue through education, mobility and the media.
