Mixed signals on Cyprus deal

The United Nations special envoy, Alvaro de Soto, has said that a deal to reunify Cyprus can be reached during the European Council in Copenhagen, 12-13 December 2002 - but Greek Prime Minister Costas Simitis casts doubt on the idea.
