The UK Office of Fair Trading, working with the Dutch Consumers' Association (Consumentenbond) has used EC legislation to take action against Royal Consulting. The OFT has received more than one hundred complaints concerning the Dutch company which has been sending unsolicited first aid kits to UK residents accompanied by demands for payment. |
