The 15 Members of the European Court of Auditors (ECA) appointed Mr Juan Manuel Fabra Vallés (Spanish Member of the ECA) as the 9th President of the institution on 16 January 2002. Mr Fabra Vallés' term of office as President runs until January 15, 2005, with the possibility of re-election. |
