Press Release: EU welcomes WTO definitive confirmation that US export subsidies (Foreign Sales Corporations) are illegal, and calls on US to comply with WTO findings

Tthe World Trade Organisation's confirmation that the Foreign Sales Corporation Replacement Act, brought in by the US in response to condemnation of its original FSC export subsidy system, is also incompatible with WTO rules was welcomed by the European Union on 14 January 2002.
