Electricity prices. Price systems 2001

Eurostat collects and publishes a wide range of information on energy prices in the Member States. The aim of this publication is to summarise, every two years, as succintly as possible the information about the price systems in force in the European Union, according to the Directive on the transparency of gas and electricity prices charged to the end-user. Data on prices can be found in specific publications such as the semestrial 'Statistics in focus' and the annual 'Electricity prices' publication.
