Telecoms entrants protest on access

Executives from a number of telecoms companies and federations have written to Erkki Liikanen, European Commissioner for Enterprise and the Information Society, urging the Commission to take action against incumbent telecommunications companies across the EU which are failing to allow new entrants fair access to vital infrastructure linking customers to long-distance data networks.
