Britain in Europe predicts a national debate on monetary union in autumn

Tony Blair will start a 'national debate' on Europe and the euro in the autumn, Britain in Europe, 13 June 2001. The pro-European campaign group said it had no difficulty with Labour saying it would not immediately launch such a debate.
