The Subsidiarity Report 2000 covers the period from 1 April 2000 until 31 March 2001. It includes the review of subsidiarity through the Government departments and the Bundesrat and an evaluation of the European Commission report to the European Council 'Better lawmaking 2000', COM (2000) 772 final. .
