Battle ahead over nuclear Tehran

IAEA Director General Mohamed ElBaradei circulated, 15 November 2007, his latest report to the IAEA Board of Governors on the Implementation of the NPT Safeguards Agreement and Relevant Provisions of Security Council Resolutions 1737 (2006) and 1747 (2007) in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The report covers developments since Dr. ElBaradei´s report of 30 August 2007. The Board of Governors were due to meet to consider the report 22 November 2007.
