Press Release: Monetary policy decisions

At a meeting on 21 June 2001 the Governing Council of the European Central Bank decided that the minimum bid rate on the main refinancing operations and the interest rates on the marginal lending facility and the deposit facility would remain unchanged at 4.50%, 5.50% and 3.50% respectively.
