FIFA is anxious to see a deal before the European Court of Justice rules on two key cases involving the freedom of players to move clubs, he said. One involves Hungarian player Tibor Balog, whose career is in limbo because a transfer deal between his Belgian club and a French rival broke down, and the other involves a Belgian syndicate complaining about wider free movement issues.
