This website was established by the European Commission in December 2007 following the formal signing of the Treaty in Lisbon on the 13 December 2007. It allows access to the full text of the Treaty, to all the key documents and speeches made during the negotiating of the Treaty, to summaries of the Treaty and a series of questions and answers on the Treaty.
