Tymoshenko offers job to rival

Yulia Tymoshenko offered the job of prime minister to defeated presidential candidate Sergei Tigipko on the 20 January 2010. This was seen as an attempt to win over his supporters ahead of the February 2010 run-off for the Ukrainian presidency against Viktor Yanukovich.
