The European Union (Withdrawal) Bill began its second reading in the House of Commons on the 7 September 2017. In this post Stephen Tierney considers the bill’s legal implications for devolution, noting that as currently drafted it would be almost impossible to articulate the boundaries of devolved competence once the Act had come into force.
