The EU Deal

The United Kindom Prime Minister’s renegotiation deal on the UK’s European Union membership agreed at the European Council, Brussels, 18-19 February 2016 is a package of changes to EU rules.

There’s been a great deal of speculation about whether the changes in the EU deal are significant and, separately, whether the deal itself will stick.
