Study says industry undermines EU chemicals safety

According to a report published in July 2013 by the environmental law group ClientEarth, inadequate reporting of information is allowing corporations to undermine European chemical safety and jeopardise the fundamental 'no data, no market' principle of the EU's REACH legislation.

The report - 'REACH registration and endocrine-disrupting chemicals' - is based on information made available by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) about five endocrine disruptors.
