Speech: Discussion on Investment in TTIP at the meeting of the International Trade Committee of the European Parliament

Text of a speech by Cecilia Malmström, Commissioner for Trade, at the meeting of the International Trade Committee of the European Parliament on 18 March 2015.

Ms Malmström stated she supported the idea of creating a permanent investment court to replace the Investor-to-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) mechanism.
