Spain and France call for summit on Somalia

Report of a bilateral summit between José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, Spanish Prime Minister and French Prime Minister Nicolas Sarkozy, Madrid, 28 April 2009. They called for an international conference on Somalia as the two European countries stepped up their joint struggle against terrorism, piracy, illegal immigration and drug smuggling.
