Restoring a political process and humanitarian aid delivery in Syria

On 12 October 2016 the High Representative/Vice-President Federica Mogherini held several phone-calls on Syria, to reestablish a political process and humanitarian aid delivery. It was her intention that the European Union along with the United Nations and other key international and regional actors worked together in order to achieve so.
