On the 13 July 2016, the European Commission adopted its fifth progress report on the EU's emergency relocation and resettlement schemes, which are assessing actions taken over the past month by the Member States on relocation and resettlement.

Following the agreement to relocate and resettle irregular migrants across the European Union, the Commission adopted several implementation reports in March, April, May and June.
