On 17 January 2014 the European Commission published a draft notice aimed at providing practical guidance for identifying state aid measures that need to be notified to the Commission for approval before being implemented. Comments on the notice can be submitted until 14 March 2014. In light of the submissions, the Commission aims to adopt the final guidance notice in the second quarter of 2014. |
