The European Commission's Task Force for Greece published its sixth activity report on 11 March 2014 covering the period from October 2013 to January 2014 – a period in which important policy reforms have tangibly benefitted from well-targeted and resourced technical assistance. Kathimerini and Euronews reported on the 18-19 March 2014 that after reaching an agreement with the Troika on the 18 March 2014, the Greek government now had to prepare legislation for the reforms it agreed with its lenders in the hope that the disbursement of at least €10bn in loans will be approved at an informal Eurogroup meeting due to take place in Athens on 1 April 2014. |
