Press Release: New EU Support for Somalia, Kenya and Mauritius announced during top development event

During the European Development Days of 15-16 June 2016, EU Commissioner for International Cooperation and Development, Neven Mimica announced new support to Somalia worth €73 million and signed the National Indicative Programme from the 11th European Development Fund with the President of the Republic of Mauritius.

All of the above announcements underlined the diverse nature of EU cooperation and development, which was needed in order to reach the Sustainable Development Goals in 2030.
