Press Release: Juncker plan: MEPs and ministers strike informal deal to bridge investment gap

The negotiators from the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union reached an agreement on 28 May 2015 concerning the architecture of the Investment Plan for Europe, also known as the Juncker Plan.

The plan, which unlocks €315 billion public and private investments in the real economy for the period 2015-2017, was scheduled to be voted by the European Parliament on 24 June 2015.
