On 10 March 2014, the Council of European Union adopted a regulation on the Fund for the most deprived. The FEAD's (Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived) financial resources will be distributed to member states for seven years (2014-2020). The main purpose of FEAD is to support Member States' social emergency relief schemes.
