The European Commission adopted a Communication 'European higher education in the world' on the 11 July 2013. The Communication provides recommendations on how Europe's 4,000 higher education institutions can work strategically to promote themselves in the rest of the world. More than €400m per year will be made available for European universities to collaborate with partners worldwide under the EU's new programme for education, training, youth and sport. |
